It’s so important to have a little cat to come home to 🐈‍⬛

I saw this post and honestly, it really upset me.
This cat has been in his care for less than 8 hours and he’s already talking about rehoming him.

When you adopt a cat, you should know from the start that trust takes time. Cats don’t walk into a new home feeling safe, confident, and settled right away. They’re scared, confused, and grieving everything they just lost.

Complaining after such a short period is not “being honest,” it’s being impatient. Animals aren’t disposable. They’re living beings who deserve understanding, patience, and grace.

I truly hope he gives this cat a real chance. Because once a cat feels safe, the love they give back is worth every ounce of patience. 😭❤️
