This page has mostly been deals and skincare tips and that’s not going anywhere. But I wanted you to know a little bit more about who’s actually behind it. I was diagnosed with MS 35 years ago. I’ve done pregnancy with it with it and now menopause and dealing with my own hormonal shifts for this long has genuinely giving me an eye for how inflammation shows up in the skin. 25 years of training gave me the skill. Living in this body gave me the rest. You’ll probably notice more of my gym time showing up here too. Strength training has become part of how I my own hormone balance these days, and I think worth sharing too. Still doing the deals. Still doing the glow. Just more of the real me from here on out. 🫶
