Guess who’s back, back again? 🙌 After hitting pause from social media for some much-needed mental health TLC, I’m recharged and ready to dive back in to connect with you outside of the treatment room! 🌟 Life threw a few curveballs, depression teamed up with home life chaos, and things just spiraled from there—but I listened when my brain said it needed rest. I continued to see my amazing clients and give them 100% of my undivided attention and care, but I needed to step away for a bit from the part of business that causes me the most mental stress. Imposter syndrome is so real for your girl. I am always overthinking and stressing about what to post or how to not drive my clients crazy 🤦🏼‍♀️ When I type it out, I realize how ridiculous it is…trust me.

Going forward, you’ll be seeing more posts and stories from me as I try to ignore my inner voice that tells me what I’m posting is dumb 🫠 Be patient with me, as I’m a constant work in progress and operating with ADHD- which is a whole other explanation in itself 😂

There is a website and menu update coming- complete with the option to order your skincare products online to pick up at the salon. I’ve been working on this all during my social media break and I can’t wait to show it to you soon!

I have missed sharing with y’all and I’m so excited to get back into it…even the honest not glamorous things. I love all of you!

Its been too long! I have had so many things going on in life outside of my business that I haven't had the time or energy to post to social media. Take my word for it, a house remodel and a toddler will do that to you 😅 Buuuut I'm back and will be posting again consistently now that the remodel is almost finished 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
