Family, I wanted to officially share an update.

Straight Razor has closed its doors, but the journey is far from over. This was a chapter I’m proud of and grateful for, and I appreciate every single person who supported that brand over the years.

I’m still cutting and still serving the community. I’ve just moved to a new home at GlamBoxx Huntsville, inside the Walmart Supercenter on Sparkman Dr.

All booking is now through Vagaro (Schedulicity was bought out), so if you couldn’t find my schedule or thought I disappeared, that’s on me. I never left.

Seven Alabama A&M University students are turning research into real-world change through the USDA NIFA 1890 Capacity Building Grant project, “Saving the Family Property: Prevention, Resolution, and Land Use.” Administered by Alabama Extension at AAMU through the Virginia Caples Lifelong Learning Institute (VCLLI), the initiative equips students with legal and genealogical research skills while helping families resolve heirs’ property issues and protect their land for future generations.

Hosting the South’s BEST Robotics Championship for the second year straight is a huge accomplishment — inspiring the next generation of creators, engineers, and leaders right here in Huntsville! 🔧🤖

Alabama A&M University will once again take center stage in STEM innovation as it hosts the South’s BEST Robotics Championship on Dec. 5–6 at Elmore Gymnasium. The event, part of Boosting Engineering, Science and Technology (BEST) Robotics, marks the second consecutive year that AAMU has hosted the regional championship. Last year, the University made history as the first HBCU to host the competition in its 30-year history.
