💫I say this with my whole heart… I had to gently tap the old me on the shoulder and lovingly tell her, “Thank you, but it’s time for you to go.” I thanked her for her service because she showed up when I needed her. She stood guard through moments of fear, failure, doubt, and the pain of not being loved or accepted. She helped me survive some of life’s toughest storms. But now… survival is no longer enough. It’s time to grow. It’s time to learn. It’s time to live boldly, even when life pushes back. The old me was strength, but the new me is freedom, expansion, and unstoppable growth.
