The first “back to school” in many years of not being on campus… and somehow, this time around, I’m feeling ALL the “brand new,” “all things are possible,” “fall feels,” and “start-of-the-year excitement” vibes even more. 🤩

To the new students and returners starting fresh adventures this week: remember, you actually have unlimited new beginnings ahead of you.

You don’t only get four years to reinvent yourself. You get your whole life, if you keep doing it right. You get to keep challenging yourself, dreaming bigger, stretching your potential, and, most importantly, becoming more and more YOU along the way.

And one of the greatest gifts along that journey? People.

Great people have no doubt, been one of my biggest blessings. I’m so grateful for these incredible ladies beside me, as we’ve worked to bring not one, but TWO new businesses to Huntsville this year! And for the many amazing friends, not pictured, not on payroll, behind the scenes, who encourage me to keep going, through all the ups and downs and believe in me even bigger than I believe in myself - you truly are the bricks that have built me and this crazy thing.

So if I could give you one piece of advice for any new journey, it would be to get yourself some really great people to walk alongside you. Build a solid team, be a solid team for them, and make room for people who will laugh with you, cry with you, challenge you, carry you, and help you become more than you could become alone.

And one final encouragement: get to know God.

The God of the universe created you to be something this world needs. He placed unique gifts, passions, and purpose inside you that no one else has in exactly the same arrangement.

He loves you more than anyone on this earth ever could, and He wants to see you shine His radiant light. 🕊️

As you step into new experiences, take time to discover who He made you to be—and how you can change the world by becoming more and more you.

So here’s to new beginnings, new adventures, great people, bigger dreams, the eternal God who always is and always will be—and the courage to keep becoming who you were created to be. ✨
