Making the transition years ago and stepping into the ADK family was one of the biggest leaps of faith in both my business and my life — and I can honestly say it has been one of the greatest blessings. These girls didn’t just welcome me into a salon… they welcomed me into a sisterhood.

Our goal is to make sure no family in Walker County faces the holidays alone.
Through Together at the Table, we’re providing families with all the ingredients they need to cook and share their own Thanksgiving meal — to sit around the table, give thanks, and enjoy the season with family and friends.

Even though men’s cuts have never been my favorite, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and attend a barber class — and honestly, I’ve grown to love them more and more!

In this class, I learned:
💈 The crop top
💈 The pompadour
💈 And my new favorite — the burst fade

I also got to touch up on my fades and was reminded that the right tools truly make all the difference!
Now… please don’t judge my mannequin — they have the WORST hair 😅 but the learning process is what matters!

There is no perfect haircut, but there is a haircut that can be consistent when you use the correct tools, techniques, and keep an open mind to growth.
