Metanoia Cryo & Massage

FOUR. SESSIONS. 👏🏼

These photos were taken just 4 sessions apart, and the difference in her arms speaks for itself. 😍

This is why we take progress photos! When you see yourself every day, it can be hard to notice gradual changes, but put those pictures side by side and WOW.

We’re seeing a noticeable change in the overall appearance and contour of the upper arms after just four sessions, and she isn’t even finished yet.

No filters. No editing. Just progress photos taken throughout her treatment series. 💜

If your upper arms are an area you’ve struggled with and you’ve been curious about our Kaasen Pro Cryo Slimming treatments, this is your sign to come talk to us.

FIVE YEARS. 🥹🤍

Today, Metanoia Cryo & Massage officially turns 5 years old.

Five years ago, I opened these doors with a dream, a whole lot of determination, and absolutely no idea where this journey would take me.

And somehow… here we are.

Over the last five years, Metanoia has grown, changed, challenged me, humbled me, and become so much more than I ever imagined it could be.

But none of it would have happened without you.

To every person who booked an appointment, bought a gift card, shared a post, tagged a friend, left a review, referred someone, told someone about us, supported a new service, encouraged me on the hard days, or simply continued to choose Metanoia, thank you.

Thank you for trusting us with your bodies, your pain, your self-care, your stories, and sometimes even your tears.

Thank you for allowing this little dream of mine to become a place where people can walk through the doors and feel cared for.

There have been incredible highs and some really hard lows over these five years. There were days I questioned everything and days I stood back and thought, I cannot believe we built this.

And through every version of Metanoia, this community continued to show up.

What started as a dream has become something bigger than I could have pictured five years ago, and I know we’re still just getting started.

So today, I’m not celebrating a building or a business.

I’m celebrating five years of people believing in Metanoia.

Five years of clients who became friends.
Five years of growth.
Five years of lessons.
Five years of taking chances.
Five years of refusing to give up.
Five years of Metanoia. 🤍

From the absolute bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of our story.

Here’s to everything the next five years will bring. 🥂
