2 rows & 6 wefts was all it took to create this magic ✨ this client can still wear ponytails, exercise, use dry shampoo, etc. Now her hair will just look that much more fabulous under her cute winter hats ❄️

There are different methods, different approaches, different levels of training and experience. I am sure as s**t not perfect, but I have spent over $25k and countless hours working on delivering the highest quality extension install.

I’m also NOT going to bash a stylist who is learning - this client was a model and I think that contributed to a lot of her install challenges. Everyone starts somewhere and those clients who are there at the beginning and stick around are the real MVP’s 🤌🏼 🖤

This client has recently gone through a bit of hair loss. It’s growing back (god bless!) but in the meantime, the upside is we achieved this 🔥 look with only 6 wefts! We also made a massive color shift and OMG does it work on her 😍

Every install is customized to your head - the amount of rows, number of wefts, length of hair installed, amount of dimension you see, etc. No two heads are the same and so neither are two installs.

Why does the grow out matter?

Your extensions spend most of the wear in a grown-out place, so if you don’t have a good grow out you can do a lot of damage to your hair and scalp.

Some signs of a less-than-ideal grow out:
⚡️angry scalp (too much tension)
⚡️sagging &/or detaching
⚡️matting
⚡️beads showing
⚡️lots of juicy bulbs (hair has been pulled out)

So always make sure whoever you work with for your hair extensions can show you pictures of the whole process, install —> grow out —> move up

Today we said goodbye to a part of our family 🖤🖤

Athena was the sweetest fluffy girl/fur baby/1st baby we could have asked for. She will be missed so much. Thank you to all the family friends and neighbors who loved on her too, she had a wonderful life 🐶
