By Thursday the week has been running on momentum and the quality of what's sustaining that momentum matters — whether the nervous system is running on resource or on reserve. This stack works through four sustaining inputs that add genuine fuel rather than just managing the depletion: real contact, specific pleasure, honest naming, and deliberate appreciation.

WHAT THIS STACK ACTUALLY DOES

This stack layers hand and forearm self-massage, intense-flavor sensory presence, an extended exhale breath, and specific genuine appreciation — four sustaining inputs that add actual fuel rather than just pushing through depletion. Done consistently on Thursdays, these tools start to change the quality of Thursday afternoon from the low point of the week to something genuinely nourished.

If writing one thing you genuinely appreciate felt hollow or obligatory — if the appreciation wouldn't quite land as real — notice that. It may be worth exploring at some point.

DMK Paramedical Enzyme Therapy isn’t just about what you put on the skin… it’s about how the nervous system responds. ✨

One of my favorite parts of today’s DMK Paramedical Enzyme Therapy treatment is watching the body do what it was designed to do.

As the Enzyme Masque tightens, you can literally feel it pulsing. DMK calls this the Plasmatic Effect- a temporary increase in peripheral circulation and lymphatic movement that helps deliver oxygen-rich blood and nutrients to the skin while supporting healthy skin function. The masque also contains amino acids like proline, lysine, and glycine, which help support healthy collagen production and skin integrity.

Here’s why I love it…

I teach that the nervous system is always responding to the inputs we give it. It’s constantly asking:

“Am I safe enough to repair?”

Whether it’s quality sleep, nourishing food, breathwork, gentle touch, movement, or a treatment like this, every positive input gives your body more information to work with.

Your skin is no different.

Healthy circulation.

Healthy lymphatic flow.

Healthy nourishment.

Healthy communication.

When we support the body’s natural processes instead of fighting against them, amazing things can happen.

That’s why I create experiences that remind the body it has permission to do what it already knows how to do.

Because…

Your nervous system isn’t broken. It’s responding.

And when we change the inputs…

we often change the response. 🤍

Most Monday mornings the nervous system is already in a slightly contracted state — braced for the week, anticipating demands, running a low-level preparatory activation before anything has actually happened. This stack works through four opening inputs that give the nervous system an expansive rather than contracted starting point. None of these require physical ability beyond sitting comfortably.

WHAT THIS STACK ACTUALLY DOES

This stack layers open arm posture, soft peripheral gaze, graduated exhale sequence, and an openness-oriented intention — four inputs that establish expansion as the nervous system's Monday baseline rather than contraction. Done consistently, this changes the texture of what Monday morning feels like in the body before the week's demands arrive.

If holding your arms open for 30 seconds felt uncomfortable — if something in you wanted to close and cross them — notice that. It may be worth exploring at some point.

Receiving is the specific nervous system posture that most weeks almost never activate — the body turned toward what's coming in rather than what's going out. This Sunday stack works through four receiving inputs that practice the opposite posture from the week's output mode: warmth received, sound received, touch received, and appreciation received from yourself.

This stack layers soft-light presence, active music receiving, hands-on-heart warmth, and named self-care — four receiving inputs that practice the posture of taking in rather than putting out. Done consistently on Sunday evenings, these inputs start to give the nervous system a reliable experience of receiving before each new week begins — and that experience changes what the new week begins from.

If writing three ways you took care of yourself this week produced nothing — if you genuinely couldn't find three — notice that. It may be worth exploring at some point.

Most Fridays end with a stop rather than a release. The nervous system keeps holding what it carried — the activation that never discharged, the things that were held together, the tension that became invisible because it was there all week. This stack works through four deliberate release inputs that give the body something it almost never receives at the end of a week: actual permission to let go.

This stack layers written acknowledgment of cost, free movement discharge, full-lung emptying breath, and genuine quiet — four release inputs that give the body actual permission to let go rather than just stopping. Done consistently on Friday evenings, this builds a release response the nervous system starts to anticipate — and the weekend starts from a genuinely different place.

If writing what the week actually cost felt like it produced more than you expected — if the weight was larger on paper than you'd admitted — notice that. It may be worth exploring at some point.
