🧺 9:30 am: Household reality check. You can melt away the deepest muscle tension across Cape Cod, but the back-to-school laundry cycle will still test your core strength.

🏫 10:52 am: West Villages PTO duty. When she isn’t anchoring our massage team at 408 Main, she’s setting up school stations with the same five-star precision she brings to the heated tables.

🌊 11:45 am: One final summer splash. People always ask where Tab gets her zen, unflappable demeanor in high-pressure rooms… consider this her master training.

🥒 1:45 pm: Kitchen pit stop. Spa-grade cucumber slices for the eyes? Absolutely not. Just high-speed prep to keep the afternoon motor running.

⭐️ 4:50 pm: Full starfish duties. Find you a lead therapist who can mentor an entire spa crew and pull off full appreciation for starfish choreography!

🎒 8:00 pm: Launch pad prep. Pennant ironed, backpack staged, and the bedtime finish line finally in sight.

🍱 8:30 pm: The Bento masterpiece. Hard-boiled eggs, custom name tags, and razor-sharp organization. Targeted precision isn’t just for deep tissue—it’s a lifestyle.

😴 9:30 pm: Total horizontal surrender. Even the caretakers have to put their own nervous systems into park.
