Many know my health/weight struggle. The last few months I have posted my daily walks. Well today I wanted to share my health update. I am 20lbs down since I was diagnose with diabetes in 2/16, with 16 of the 20 dropping since my last check up in May.
My A1C has dropped from 7.4 to 6.6. My doctor has taken me off one of my blood pressure bills and my next follow-up is in six months.
I have did this all this without taken the meds my doctor wanted to put me on.
Exercise has been key. However, I started by getting my system in a good place by drinking my It Works "Greens to Go". This has given me energy and allowed me to not feel sluggish. In May, I started walking 4 to 5 days a week. I start off with about 1.5 miles a day. I am know into almost 6 miles a day. Just really proud of myself.

A few months ago, I took a leap of faith and became an IT Works Distributor.
