I live with some pretty aggressive pcos periods, so my uterus is constantly challenging me, and menstruating can be a whole‘nother level of pain. If your cramps are taking over and having your p***s pulled out that day no longer seems like your cup of tea, I get it!
I still ask that you honour my time and give me as much heads up as possible, but I will never fault you for having a uterus.

Little advice, if you’re going somewhere that has an issue working on your body while menstruating - you need a new provider. 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗗.

I have been struggling lately. And I understand it's been negatively effecting all of my amazing clients..

I am an over thinker, and at times I am in tune with this, my thoughts and I are in sync.
I am driven and creative.
And other times I am consumed by it all. Paralyzed in constant thoughts...

I recently read-
"You are deliberately putting yourself into overdrive to avoid uncomfortable emotions. Your need to stay busy is a coping mechanism not a quality."

Society praises hustle, and this makes rest feel like the enemy. Burying myself under an infinite list of tasks seems to be my desperate attempt to make my thoughts sit still — and yet it is exactly why I feel so overwhelmed.
I start 9 jobs finish 1. This feeling grows, and it gets even harder to focus.

I was diagnosed recently with ADHD, Borderline OCD, Postpartum Anxiety, Postpartum Rage, and Postpartum Depression.. so trying to figure out the best way to care for myself is my top priority at the moment!

Going into the holiday season especially, I have begun taking some steps to protect my mental health & boundaries more carefully.

I have reduced my hours, and will no longer work on weekends. (Maybe a Saturday once a month)
