As you all know, I've recently switched full-time to Epios Massage, and the response and support has been incredible! As a thank you, I've decided to start a multi-month Summer Promotion, effective today!

I'm excited to announce that Epios Massage is now offering Craniosacral Therapy (CST)! This is a fantastic, gentle approach to help calm the central nervous system, and assist with balancing the production of cerebrospinal fluid. This can result in decreased stress and anxiety, as well as improve pain management.

Exciting changes at Epios!

First: in order to better serve all of you, I have extended my hours to 9am-7pm Monday-Friday! When booking online, you can also request a day/time outside of these hours, and I will be happy to accommodate as best I can. Just fill out the "note" section of the booking link.

Second: I will soon be offering Craniosacral Therapy (CST) on top of my other modalities! I will make another post when the time comes, so keep a look out over the next week or so. Craniosacral Therapy is a wonderful, soothing approach to help with pain management, sympathetic/parasympathetic balance, and calming the central nervous system.
