As we are a Matrix salon, we are so thrilled to announce that we have a Matrix Educator in the house! 🙌🏼

Shelby has worked very hard for the past 9 months training and traveling between home and Los Angeles to complete her base training phases! She put a ton of time into completing her assignments and tasks on her days off even after working her full time schedule to prove her dedication to her craft and we could not be prouder. She is thrilled to be a resource for all the clients and stylists around her in the salon and when she begins teaching classes all over the city.

"What will this look like for me as her client?"

We're so glad you asked! Shelby's dedication to her clients will ALWAYS take priority over her ambitions to teach. She will continue to work her normal Tuesday-Saturday schedule as she moves into shadowing other educators
and then on to teach her classes by herself. She heavily values the support and encouragement you have shown her through her training months and will do what is necessary to make sure you can always get in with her.

With that being said, we are so proud of you Shelby! Never stop chasing more education and knowledge!
