Introducing Rylie! 💕 Our newest June Karter baby stylist!
What we instantly loved about Rylie is her bubbly, contagious energy — she makes everyone around her feel comfortable and welcomed (definitely not shy 🫶🏻).
Rylie will slowly be opening her books as she goes through our 12-week JK University onboarding training.
Even though all of our artists are independent, continued education is a core June Karter value — ensuring every artist upholds the same elevated guest experience we’re known for.
You’ll find Rylie taking clients Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays, joining our weekly team trainings on Wednesdays (with model opportunities 👀), and assisting our salon girlies on Fridays.
Her books are now open for blowout services! ✨

junekarter has been with us for just over 3 months now, diving right into building her clientele and soaking up every bit of knowledge and hands-on experience assisting owner .junekarter 💪🏼
She’s already grown in so many ways — focusing on modern color and spa facials — and continues to put in the work every single week. When we don’t have clients in the chair, you’ll still find us showing up behind the scenes, learning, practicing, and building our businesses.
Yesterday we tackled three doll heads back-to-back (yes, three 👏🏼). Elise put in the workkk. We learned that it’s not about how many foils go into a service — it’s about the product, time, and the specific goals of the client sitting in your chair.
We worked through different low-lighting techniques and placement patterns for unique outcomes — and we’re so proud watching her confidence and skill grow with every rep. 💕
