Ive also updated my 3 week policy. I will now be charging $20 extra for fills after 3 weeks. Anything after 4 weeks will be a full set. While at 3-4 weeks your lashes may still look good, some always need removed due to grow out.

50% of retention is on the artist and 50% is on the client. Which means if I do my job right, and yall do your aftercare, your retention will be bomb. So I'm now also requiring clients who come for fills to have AT LEAST 40% of their set left or ill need to charge for full set. Because I've been doing this for a very long time. I know I'm doing my part lol. Any issues that may arise withing 72 hours i will fix free of charge. I do this because if I've done something wrong (i.e. my placement is off or humidity could be off) you will see shedding withing those 72 hours of seeing me.

If you make an appointment with me and no show or cancel within 24 hours I'll be requiring a 50% payment up front to schedule another appointment for you. I've got really big goals for myself for the next year. I need to start enforcing these boundries now and busy season is right around the corner!!
