What is reflexology? Reflexology is about transmission and reception. Energy is transferred to the patient through the therapist's hands and information is received from the patient's feet. Reflexology is a comprehensive treatment method that includes pressure and massage of the reflex points on the palms and soles The word reflex is used here in the sense of reflection or mirror image. The reflex points act as small mirrors that reflect the whole body. The science of reflexology states that an energy or vital force circulates between the organs of the body and penetrates all living cells and tissues.
