Tapes fit seamlessly agains the scalp. They are either sandwiched together with two different tape extensions or you can use single sided tape and do one extension for less weight and less density for fine or thin hair. Doing a single side tape helps protect the hair you have and not weighing that section down causing stress on your hair.
We used single side tapes on her parietal areas because she had less density there but still wanted the fullness.
It’s important to know when to use these even if you do a combo of single and double sided tapes there’s no rules if you do single sided you have to do all single sided. IT DEPENDS ON THE CLIENTS HAIR AND EVERY SITUATION IS DIFFERENT.

The beads are hidden in between the row i deconstructed. This row allows you to put your hair up.
I’m obsessed with the look.
It costs extra to make invisible rows if wanted.
Takes a little more time and a little more patience on my part but the end result is worth it.

I just love working with texture! 🥰🥰
This babe got a color touch up and a demi gloss to deepen the color she had. We also did a hydration mask and a cut to get rid of those straggly ends. Now she has beautiful shine and hydrated curls that all look cohesive and full.

Maintenance on this will be every 8 weeks.
It will be a full removal of extensions (not a bump up) and reapplication because I need to use a high lift lightener on her roots and I can’t touch the extensions with any lightener.
So we made a game plan for her to come in at 8 weeks (nothing more) and wait a little longer than a normal touch up so she can get the maximum weeks with extensions before we remove and retouch her color.
With proper home care, the products she purchased, my instructions and a routine schedule with me she will have beautiful healthy hair with no banding, overlapping, discoloration, or breakage.
All very important for my blondes!!
