-Healthy Hair can tolerate a slightly higher temperature than damaged or chemically treated hair.
-Always use a heat protectant spray: this creates a barrier between the hot tool and your hair.
-Start with a lower temperature and increase if needed
-Avoid repeatly passing the hot tool over the same section of hair.
-Consider lower heat settings for blow drying
-After using heat it’s important to replenish moisture in your hair. A good place to start is using a rich, moisturizing mask once a week.
