I’ve added a new ‘Maintenance & Repairs’ section!

This includes:

| A Gentle Reminder About How Appointment-Only Businesses Operate |

I want to take a moment to clarify something important.

The Lush Lab is an appointment-only studio. The door remains locked between clients for privacy and safety. When I am with a client, I do not check my phone or step away to answer messages, because the person in my chair deserves my full, uninterrupted attention.

If you arrive early, you are always welcome to wait comfortably in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time. Early arrival does not guarantee immediate entry, especially if I am still completing the service before yours.

Holiday appointments and reserved time slots are still subject to my cancellation and no-show policies. When you book, that time is set aside exclusively for you.

I also want to gently address something else: professionalism and respect go both ways. Speaking to anyone with sarcasm, threats about reviews, or disrespectful language is not acceptable — especially when they are actively serving another client.

The environment I’ve created here is intentional. It is calm, respectful, and rooted in mutual understanding. I will always protect the experience of the client I’m with and the energy within my space.

If my policies or structure don’t align with your expectations, I completely understand — but my boundaries are not unprofessional. They are how I ensure every client receives the care and focus they deserve.

I know most posts are a quick skim, but this one’s got a few things you’ll definitely want to know! I just wanted to check in with a few quick updates and reminders 💚

1️⃣ Messaging & Booking:
I don’t take or check appointment messages through social media — not even a peek! 😅
So if you see me posting but not replying, it’s simply because I haven’t seen your message. The only ways to reach me are:
📧 Business email (listed on our Google page)
📱 Phone number (shared directly with clients — I don’t post it publicly)

If you’ve messaged me and haven’t heard back, please don’t hesitate to double message or follow up! My work and personal phones are one and the same, so when I’m out of office, I’m often unplugged. I promise I’m slowly but surely getting back to everyone — thank you for your patience! 💌

2️⃣ Busy Season Bookings:
We’re right in the middle of busy season, and it’s been nonstop with nails and lash appointments! 🎄✨
If you’re wanting to get in for the holidays or before the new year, now’s the time to book — my schedule is filling up fast and spots are limited.

Just a little reminder — it’s so much easier for me to move you around once you’re already on the schedule than it is to try and squeeze you in last minute. 💕

3️⃣ Evening Appointments:
Evening hours are available, but those time slots don’t open up until the daytime ones are filled.
Special requests are always welcome — I’ll do my best to make things work — but I appreciate everyone’s flexibility and teamwork during this busy stretch 💕
