It’s been awhile, friends! With the seasons starting to transition, your hair routine might need tweaked and your scalp my need a little extra love! For my lovely client, first we did the Malibu Scalp Remedy to remove any impurities or product buildup she might have had. Then followed it with Malibu Curl Partner which is an intensive leave in treatment which removes any minerals that might be clinging to your hair’s cuticle but also pack in some moisture to bring some shine and bounce back. Good morning!! Wow, I definitely did not realize how long it has been since I posted for all of my wonderful clients! Baby Zoey has now been here for a whopping 6 weeks and we are doing great! Of course, Abigail is in heaven also and absolutely in love 🥰

I know a lot of you have been wondering if I’ll even come back. Don’t you worry..I will be back in the salon starting Wednesday, November 3! There is a possibility I will be shifting my hours but either way I will make sure all of you lovelies wil be taken care of! Feel free to reach out if you would like to get on my schedule because, as you can imagine with that being the start of the holiday seasons, it will fill up fast!

Well, on to round 4 of rescheduling per Mayor Hogsett’s request for Marion County ‘non-essentials’ to remain closed. As of this morning, he announced the closures will remain in effect until atleast June 1. Because this is not the first time we have extended, and because he has been waiting until the last minute to announce these extensions, I will be waiting to make appointments and/or reschedule until June 1. I know the need for haircuts and color are beyond real at this point and I promise each of you that once you’re able to sit in my chair again, I will do whatever we need to in order to get those locks luscious again! I miss all of you so much! I cannot express my gratitude for your patience and loyalty during these last several weeks! **Also, feel free to complain to the mayor that you can go shopping now but can’t have your hair appointment**

Wednesday, May 20....back to work! ✂️💇🏻‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️💆🏽❣️

It’s happening! We are now 2 weeks from my first day back in the salon! I have slowly been going through my schedule and adjusting appointments that were already on my book and am now starting the process of booking appointments for my clients how had to be moved or canceled during these past several weeks. Feel free to shoot me a text or message if you’re wanting to get scheduled. During this time I am also moving to a new scheduling system, so if I don’t respond immediately please don’t feel ignored, it’s just taking a little extra time getting everyone scheduled and moved over. I am also listing below our salons guidelines during this transition so please keep these in mind and if you have any questions, please reach out! To our valued clients:
In regards to the IN.gov suggested guidelines for personal services, we are asking that anyone who comes to Ciao Bella Salon to:

A.) be symptom-free
B.) wear a face covering
C.) maintain social distancing when possible
D.) come alone
E.) wait in your car or outside until notified by your stylist

Please understand during this phase of reopening we will not have seating in the waiting area, magazines available, or be able to serve beverages.

Dear clients, it’s only been a week since I’ve been out of the salon but it feels much longer. I hope all of you amazing people are staying well and finding a silver lining during this new day to day routine we all have! Your hair will probably need a little extra love when this has passed and I can. not. wait. to help you feel yourself again when that time comes!! Praying for each of your health and sanity...love all y’all!!

I have been procrastinating making this post because, well, I just don’t want to do it! Unfortunately, I’m closing up shop for the next 2 weeks(atleast). First, because I want to respect our local government and as much as we all want to feel and look our best, a hair salon is not considered an essential business. Second, I want to do my part to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. This is a crazy time with lots of uncertainty floating around. But what I know, is that this will pass and we will be able to enjoy our time with family, friends, and your favorite hair stylist again! 😘 I will stay in touch through social media, calls, and texts as new timelines or info arises concerning the salon and going back to work. I appreciate and love all of my clients so much! Thank you for your support during this and thank you in advance for not box coloring your hair while we wait this out! 😂😉

I know the coronavirus has a lot of people worried, and also working from home, but for me that just isn’t possible. I will still be in the salon Wednesday through Friday like usual. As a whole, we have implemented some extra precautions to maintain a healthy atmosphere at the salon. I am doing everything possible to ensure my clients are still able to enjoy their hair appointments without worry. While I love the time I have with each of you, I am asking that if you do feel ill, to please call or text so that we can reschedule your appointment; because as confident as I am in my own health if I were to come in contact with the virus, I have several people in my life that have compromised immune systems or other medical issues and I do not want to spread anything.

I am so grateful for all of my clients and enjoy my time with each of you! Thank you for your loyalty and your kindness! Have a blessed Sunday! ❤️❤️
