If you’ve been stretching the same spot over and over and it’s still not changing… stretching might not be what it needs.

Stretching can absolutely be helpful — but if it’s not making a difference, it may be time to stop forcing more of the same and look at the bigger picture.

Sometimes that “tight” feeling is less about flexibility and more about strength, stability, or how well the muscle and joint are moving together.

Your body is usually giving you information. The goal is figuring out what it’s actually asking for. 👏

Every appointment booked, every referral, every rebook, every person who chooses to spend their time and money with me—I notice it. And I never take it for granted.

There are a lot of places you could go, and the fact that you continue to choose my little massage studio means more than you probably realize. 🤍

Apparently “balance” is just deciding which part of your life is getting neglected this week. 🤷‍♀️

Last week it was my sleep.
This week? Definitely my sanity. 🥴
Running a business, training for a marathon, keeping up with family life and attempting to take care of myself… something is always getting pushed to the back burner.

So if you’re feeling like you’re the only one who can’t seem to “do it all” — same. 😂

Maybe we don’t need better balance. Maybe we just need a massage. 😉
