It's been real. It's been fun...

It's with a mix of gratitude and sorrow that we announce the closure of THREE DOPE SOULS. We want to extend our deepest thanks to each and every one of you for your unwavering support over the years. While our doors may be closing, our mission to promote health and wellness will always remain a part of us. We are immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to serve you all, and we hope that our services have made a positive impact on your lives. Each class is held at Peace House Healing, an initiative created to bring peace to our community, located just doors down from The Little Studio. These intimate sessions are limited in size but serve endless benefits for each attendee. Offering them for free was a gamble but we know the results of relaxing and tapping in with self are PRICELESS!

Mediation Monday

Three Dope souls is a high vibration collective that empowers all to love themselves through self care.

One of those ways is through meditation.
Noël Willis, one third of us, will take you on two separate guided meditations one on August 15th and another on August 22nd.

The first on Aug 15th will be a meditation of release. Letting go of things, people, and ideas that serve you none. She will assist you in surrendering to the moment and being present in the now.

The session held on August 22nd will focus on embracing life in itself. Welcoming new and exciting things into your life as well as embracing the path you have chosen and will continue to take.

There is no right or wrong way to meditate so don’t feel bad if you have yet to quiet your mind. Her soothing voice will assist you in seeing life and opportunities in a new light.
