Healthy, high-protein big Mac and cosmic brownie!

The big Mac is only 500 cal and has over 52 grams of protein!

It isn't photogenic, but it tastes great!

The cosmic brownie is 90 cal with 10 grams of protein and only 9 grams of carbs!

Joking, not aside, stop taking yourself so seriously in terms of what others think of you.

If they have something negative to say its more often than not a projection of their own insecurities. You remind them that they lack the ability to fully express themselves.

Live your life. Lift heavy things. Take care of your meat vehicle and cash your own happy checks!

Stop doing the mental.gymnastocs that keep you from your goals!

1. Overgeneralization- I did not track my foods perfectly today, it's all ruined, I should give up.

2. Catastrophizing- I failed on my previous attempts of health goals, I shouldn't bother.

3. Cognitive deficiency- I know I was sick this week, but I can't believe I didn't work out once!

4. Dichotomies reasoning- I'm either perfect at tracking and training, or it's all awful.

5. Oversocialozation- I need to take drastic measures to look like the people I see on IG such as surgery, expensive clothing, and starving myself.

6. Negative thinking- I missed a workout. I didn't track a meal. I'm pathetic.

These are all common, but by being aware of them as they happen in real time and with proper coaching, you can learn to overcome them.
