The "question" phase is where the growth happens. It is where you stretch. If you bypass the question, you bypass the lesson. Wisdom is the ability to sit in the unknown without panicking. The Strategy: Practice the "Pause." When your mind starts racing for a solution, tell yourself: "I don't need to solve this right now." Let the question breathe.
