Broad Ripple Construction Update

New Urban Elements Guidelines January 8th 2022.

Thank you so much for adhering to our new guidelines.

1. Please come alone to your appointment. Only client’s receiving a service will be allowed in the salon.
2. Masks are mandatory.
3. If you are sick please stay home, we can reschedule!

Urban Elements Guidelines

WAIT IN CAR- Please wait in your car until your stylist calls or texts you to let you know they are ready for you. Only then can you enter the salon.

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS- Please come to your appointment alone, do not bring family, children or friends. Only clients having a salon service will be allowed in the salon.

BEFORE YOU ENTER THE SALON- Clients will have their temperature taken before entering the salon with a contactless thermometer.

MASK PLEASE- Every client and stylists will be required to wear a mask at all times.

DISCONTINUED- We will no longer provide a coffee bar, magazines or a water cooler. We will no longer have a seated waiting area. Please bring your own drink, phone and form of payment.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING A COAT

WE WILL NOT BE BLOW DRYING HAIR UNTIL WE ARE OUT OF PHASE 4.
WE WILL NOT BE WAXING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

PLEASE!!! IF YOU ARE SICK, IF YOU HAVE A FEVER OR A COUGH, IF YOU HAVE BEEN AROUND ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 14 DAYS, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SALON. IF YOU ARE SICK YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!

Urban Elements will be closed until May 1st. At that time we will reevaluate if Meredith, Carrie, Lorrie, Gwen, Laura or Christie will be brave enough to go back to work😁 We all miss our wonderful clients and look forward getting back to work as soon as possible!❤️

After much deliberation, we have decided that in the best interest of public health, we will be closing Urban Elements effective Monday March 23rd to April 13th.
At that time we will re-evaluate where we stand concerning the coronavirus. We would rather be part of the solution than part of the problem so we will update you all when that time comes. We thank you for your support and understanding.
