Today I graduated! I took something I love, was already doing and added some more to it. Now to add some more to that however for the present moment I celebrate this!
Thankful to the Second Helpings culinary program, the chefs, the wonderful people and volunteers making it happen. Truly inspired by what they are doing and what they stand for!

We introduce to you “Wild Harvest Fire Honey”

I embarked on what I would call a, “Bae Burning Ceremony”. I began writing all the names of those I had been intimate with. Nothing malicious just a good ole fashion cleansing of energy from myself. I started from my last on back as far as I could remember. This lasted about a week. (I am 52 lol) There were days I would wake up, remember names and quickly wrote them down to be burned. Some names I didn’t remember and so I would channel what I could remember. Actually writing this made me remember another one. I just wanted to clear any energy from myself as well as clear and open myself for who is to come and/or be in my life. There are may ways to cleanse yourself of this energy however this was just something I was led to do. I created this visual and these words to share. It’s quite interesting watching the bay leaf burn with said name and seeing how some pop, sparkled real big and others engulfed so quickly. This a cleansing about YOU so be careful in YOUR intentions.

I lit a tea light candle and put it in a salt filled dish. I allowed the ashes to contribute to the making of black salt. Transmuted energy for later work. You may do it how you're called to do it so this is not a static ceremony. I express again that this is not a malicious ceremony and if you have some healing to do in regards to those you’ve been with I would clear that first. You are transmuting energy here so being honest with yourself is a must!
