**Double Your Clientele In 60 Days**
This works for barbers, stylists, nail techs, etc.
I only have 3 pre-requisites for this to work: You must be clean, professional and love what you do. You don't have to be the best practitioner in the shop or salon.

1. You have not, because you've ask not!
Ask for referrals, especially from existing clients. Simply ask if they knew anyone like themselves that would appreciate a good or great haircut by a barber who cares.

2. Ask your clients to rebook for a future appointment. If they get their haircut every 2 weeks, get them to book ahead, so you can have an idea of how to manage your weeks. Most good apps have a rebook feature, so let them use it.

3. Ask for a review on Google or your booking app! (Especially for new customers) Many of you started doing this but stopped. This gets you free promotion even if the customer doesn't return. People decide which barber to go to based on their reviews more than haircut pics.

4. BE THERE! You gotta be in the shop.
Doctors make their money in the hospital or the office. Lawyers make their money in the courtroom, not in the mall or hanging out. Get back in the shop, not outside the shop, in the shop. I can't tell you how many walk-ins I've seen walk pass barbers and get cut by the barbers inside, ready to work.
Always remember that consistency is the key. Consistency will always get you over even when everything else fails.
Do this and watch your clientele explode!
