Hello hello hello! My work hours are changing a little bit. I am no longer working on Saturdays unless it is for a special occasion event. As you can see, I have picked up two more nights a week to accommodate those who usually come in on Saturdays. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me!

If you try to contact me during the weekend I will get back to you that upcoming Monday. If I do not get back to you during the week, I'm probably just really busy. I will respond back the next day.

Positive Self-Talk is something that I have struggled with my whole life. I cannot tell you enough that HOW YOU TALK TO YOURSELF MATTERS. Quit believing in the lies that you tell yourself about not being pretty enough, good enough, smart enough. YOU ARE WORTH EVERYTHING AND MORE. I used to tell myself these lies and other lies all the time. The more your mind hears these beliefs, the more it believes that it's true. If you change your mindset you change your life.

We are celebrating Valentine's Day all month long by celebrating YOU! This month is all about self-love and the different ways we can show ourselves love.

Self-love is very important. I think that sometimes, some of us are too busy spreading all of our love to others, that we forget to save some for ourselves. You need to see how special you are and know that you are valuable to not only yourself, but to others around you. You need to love you for you. There is only ONE YOU and that's pretty AMAZING.

Do you just day dream, or do you DREAM BIG?

I can tell your right now that I DREAM BIG, and guess what..... IT'S OKAY TO DREAM BIG!

Since I was a kid, people have told me that my dreams are unrealistic and that they will never happen. As I got older my dreams shifted because I told myself that they were right. My dreams weren't going to happen, and the result.....I gave up on those dreams. I became a daydreamer. Daydreaming is fine and dandy and all, but I want MORE. I want those DREAMS TO BECOME REALITY!

I am so fortunate that my friend had mentioned becoming a Beachbody Coach because my dreams have become even BIGGER. Not only that, but I can feel myself getting closer and closer to my dreams EVERY DAY!

Beachbody and the inspiring community that I am a part of is so LIFE CHANGING. Ever since I started to take coaching seriously, it has been a huge GAME CHANGER! This business is giving me a chance to be able to travel all over the world, make it possible to build my dream home, and to experience financial freedom! Those are only SOME of my dreams.
