Say “YUM” if you would eat this 2-ingredient Spinach Wrap 😋👌 To make it: Blend 2 cups of spinach with 4 eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grease a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread your mix thinly until completely covered & bake @ 350F for 15-20 minutes. Take it out, cut each wrap to your desired size, add your favorite fillings, roll it up & enjoy 🙌 By the way.. You can also fry these in a non stick skillet, just pour thinly and cook on medium low for a few mins & flip.

I saw this posted somewhere and I was inspired immediately. I could not relate to this more. I spent a very large time span of my life thinking and believing that what everyone believed about me was true. I was the queen of comparison and wanting to be not in my true authentic own skin and always felt I had to be like those that were judging me thought I should be. Why did I feel the need to change who I was because of those that were judging me? . It is important to not care too much about what anyone thinks of you because constantly seeking validation from others can be detrimental to your mental and emotional well-being. When you base your self-worth on external opinions, you give others the power to control how you feel about yourself. This can lead to feelings of insecurity, self-doubt, and anxiety. . Instead, it is healthier to focus on developing a strong sense of self-worth and self-acceptance. Accepting yourself for who you are, embracing your strengths and weaknesses, and being true to your values and beliefs can lead to greater happiness and fulfillment. Remember, you cannot please everyone, and people’s opinions are subjective and often influenced by their own biases and perspectives.
