It's time to get moving. Have you registered yet? Our Wednesday Xtreme HIIT Dance class is available for $10. We begin with a thorough warm-up, reviewing key moves to ensure a great experience. We look forward to dancing with you.

Mark your calendars for our Xtreme HIIT Dance class, held every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays at 9:15 a.m., beginning January 21st. The cost per class is $10.00.
