Several foods are rich in Biotin. They are better when consumed raw or with less heat! Check them out & chances are you'll find several you can add to your regular diet!

I used to live in the Historical Woodruff Place Neighborhood. Some of the amazing aspects of living there, are the gorgeous fountains up and down the esplanades. While they are continually working on restoring and maintaining the original fountains, new ones are being added to existing reflecting ponds. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.....
