Static lines improve with consistent neurotoxin treatments over time.
Both of these individuals first came to see me in August 2025 with no prior neurotoxin treatment history. The top photos show their relaxed foreheads before treatment. The bottom photos were taken on 6/1/2026, just before their next Xeomin appointment, after receiving two treatment sessions.
As we age, repeated facial expressions cause certain muscles to remain in a chronically contracted state, leading to the formation of static lines and wrinkles that are visible even when the face is at rest. Neurotoxins such as Xeomin help relax these muscles, reducing repetitive movement and allowing the skin time to remodel. With consistent treatment, muscles can remain in a more relaxed state, often leading to a gradual softening of static lines and wrinkles over time.
These results highlight that neurotoxins don’t just treat dynamic wrinkles—they can also help improve the appearance of static lines with regular, ongoing treatment.

Are you a licensed healthcare professional feeling burned out in your current role? Have you considered transitioning into the growing field of aesthetic medicine but lack the confidence to get started?
I created this course to help providers like you build a strong foundation and develop confidence before ever picking up a syringe. After entering the aesthetics industry myself with 17 years of extensive medical experience, I quickly realized that many training programs left significant gaps in practical knowledge and injector confidence.
My background includes a pre-med degree followed by completion of the Physician Assistant program at Butler University. Throughout my career, I have worked in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, and inpatient internal medicine at Indiana University Health, caring for some of the most critically ill patients in Indiana.
In addition to clinical practice, I serve as a volunteer adjunct professor for the Indiana University Indianapolis Physician Assistant Program, where I have had the privilege of mentoring and precepting many future providers.
This program was developed from a genuine passion for teaching and a deep commitment to supporting and mentoring new aesthetic providers. When I entered this field, I found it difficult to navigate, with collaboration often overshadowed by competition. The overwhelming amount of information, trends, and product marketing can make it challenging to determine which approaches and products are truly worthwhile.
My goal is to provide mentorship, encouragement, and education to new injectors in a supportive environment that fosters confidence, clinical judgment, and long-term success in aesthetic medicine.

I have a strong passion for teaching, developed through years of educating IUPUI PA students and training new APPs at Indiana University Health. Teaching remains the most rewarding part of my work, as I understand firsthand the challenges of learning within the medical field.
The aesthetics industry, while highly rewarding, can be difficult to navigate—particularly when it comes to finding collaborative opportunities in such a competitive space. Today, I had the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge in aesthetics with Shelby at ASR Aesthetics and Wellness, a welcoming practice in Greenfield, Indiana.
As an injector, continuous learning is essential. Ongoing education builds the confidence required to practice safely and effectively. When choosing an injector, it is important to seek out professionals who are well-educated and knowledgeable—this is the foundation for achieving consistently natural, high-quality results.
