How does me being the best parent that I can be stop them from being bored? It doesn’t, and that is a belief system that I have to constantly challenge. Also, I don’t care that you’re bored, it’s not my problem. In our home, we’re exercising not always making someone else’s discomfort our emergency. You can have care You can have concern You can be consoled & validated BUT Regulating your feels is ultimately you luggage to carry. Let’s build those muscles to make that luggage easier to move around the terminal.
