After a few days last month with friends in Savannah, affectionately nicknamed Slo-vannah, one truth kept following me home: no serum can out-perform a chronically taxed nervous system. Appointment Policies:
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged the full treatment price. This policy allows us to offer the time to another client and supports respectful, sustainable scheduling.

Product Policies:
Refunds are only considered for allergic reactions (with photo documentation) or products with an unpleasant odor reported within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact a Project Gorgeous team member with purchase details and documentation. Approved refunds require the product to be returned at the customer’s expense and will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping. Change of mind, customer damage, and select sale or promotional items are not eligible.

Invoice Settlement Policy:
To support fair compensation and smooth operations, all Project Gorgeous Inc. invoices must be paid within 72 hours of receipt. Late payment may result in fees, difficulty booking future appointments, or temporary suspension of services until balances are settled.
