Late post because the shirt was took forever 🤣. Congratulations to Kim Towle for winning our in-house Plank Challenge in April! The winning time was 4 min 20 seconds!!
We haven't done some "tricks" for a while and the ladies crushed it at the 6:30 pm class tonight. 🥳 wooohoooo.
