Training for a marathon while raising babies means the runs don’t always look perfect, but they still count. Some days it’s just me and my goals, and other days it’s a stroller, a dog, snacks, and a whole lot of chaos 😂

Why is Tylenol capitalized but acetaminophen isn’t?

The answer actually makes sense: the capitalized name is the brand/trademark name a company gives its product, while the lowercase name is the generic/nonproprietary name of the drug itself.

So basically:
💊 Tylenol → acetaminophen
💊 Advil → ibuprofen
💊 Lasix → furosemide

And now I’m realizing how many little things I’m learning in LVN school that I somehow never questioned before 😂
