At The Modern Beauty Lounge, we love taking care of you — but lately we’ve had an increase in same-day cancellations and no-shows. This affects our artists, our schedules, and clients who are waiting for appointments.

To keep things fair for everyone, please remember:

📅 24-Hour Notice Is Required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
💳 No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations will result in 50%–100% of the service fee being charged due to no communication.
💰 Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if proper notice is not given.
