🌱 The 3 Hair Growth Cycles (aka why waxing gets better over time)

Your hair isn’t all growing at the same time.
Each little hair is on its own journey — kinda like a bunch of tiny coworkers on different schedules.

There are 3 phases:

1️⃣ Anagen — The Growing Phase

This is the hair’s “main character energy” moment.
The hair is attached to the root and actively growing.

💖 This is the BEST hair to wax.
When we remove it here, we can pull it out from the root — which means:
• slower regrowth
• finer hair
• smoother skin for longer

2️⃣ Catagen — The “I’m on my way out” Phase

This is the hair’s transition phase.
It has stopped growing and is slowly disconnecting from the root.

When we wax this hair:
• it comes out easier
• but it doesn’t damage the root as much
So it grows back sooner than Anagen hair.

Still good… just not the MVP.

3️⃣ Telogen — The Resting Phase - just chillen

This is the hair’s “I’m chilling” stage.
The hair is sitting there, waiting to fall out — while a brand new hair is getting ready underneath.

This is why:
👉 you can wax today
👉 and still see new hairs pop up a week later

They weren’t missed — they just weren’t ready yet.

✨ Why staying on schedule matters

When you wax regularly (every 4–6 weeks), we slowly catch more hairs in the Anagen phase.

Over time this means:
• less hair
• finer hair
• slower growth
• smoother results
• and WAY less irritation

This is why consistency = smooth goddess energy 😌
