Home and resting after today’s heart catheterization. The doctor said everything looks good in my arteries, but I have a follow up next week to see if we can figure out what is causing some of the cardiac issues I’ve had the last few months. Today was my third test and should have given us a lot more clear answers so hopefully by Tuesday, I’ll know a little bit more. Meanwhile the dogs are gonna take care of me. My husband‘s gonna spoil me and I have to pretend I have a broken arm for the next 24 hours..
What’s good to watch on tv?
I always get comments on my shirts and their messages on them. I buy all of my tees from the same place: Mahogany Mommies ! “Unboxing” my new t-shirts I recently ordered: one mystery shirt and one mystery tank and am so excited with what I got! I’ve done this before and lucked out then too! Amazing quality!

NOLAN WELLS DID NOT DROWN.
Time for the next chapter! There will still be lots of adaptive yoga but more of Sunny and what has been changing and evolving over the last year. Like many of you, I have a complicated relationship with social media and I’ve held back on sharing parts of myself on this page because I overthought everything and tried so hard to be a certain way. Well, much like every other aspect of my life I am unmasking more and more. So you’re going to see a more unfiltered version of myself as I share falling in love with my whole being and finding joy in ordinary things.
