Candy Nails is on the lookout for two licensed nail technicians to join our fabulous team at the Old Capitol Mall location! If you love pretty nails, positive vibes, and steady clients, this might be your perfect fit 💕

This position is ideal for motivated techs who want consistent clientele, a fair commission split, and a stable schedule in a high-traffic, busy mall environment. Our clients include University of Iowa students, faculty, and loyal locals—so expect walk-ins and repeat bookings ✨

💅 What You’ll Be Doing
• Creating beautiful, high-quality manicures and pedicures etc
• Keeping your station clean, sanitary, and organized at all times
• Managing your time efficiently to keep services flowing smoothly
• Delivering friendly, professional, feel-good customer service
• Working as a team in a fun, fast-paced salon environment

🕒 Schedule
• Tuesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

💸 Compensation
• Competitive commission-based pay with room to grow
• 100% of tips are yours and paid out daily at the end of each shift 💖

• Active Iowa nail technician license (or recent licensed graduate)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working with a university and professional client base
