High Fives with Beth Morrow

I have been helping people lose weight and feel great for almost 10 years. It started off as a hobby when I was 19 years old but in 2009 I made the decision to truly dedicate my life to helping others eat healthy, lose weight and feel great. January of 09’ I packed up my car and moved from good ol’ Iowa City to Arizona where I received my Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University in 2011. I have since then helped over 600 people, celebrities included, lose weight in the great city of Los Angeles while working for Myfitfoods. I am now off on a new adventure to help as many people get healthy and reach their health goals with my advice and expertise.
