I’m looking for a very special person to join me behind the scenes to assist the growth of my growing beauty & skincare business — someone who believes the little details matter & truly enjoys serving people well.

This is not just an office/admin position. This role helps create the experience that makes every customer feel valued, remembered, and genuinely cared for.

🗂 Responsibilities Include:
-Preparing and organizing customer orders making them feel appreciated.
-Occasional local deliveries
-Packaging and mailing orders
-Sending handwritten personal cards for thank-you's, birthday, thinking of you, etc
-Maintaining accurate inventory & customer databases
-Data entry & record updates
-Calling customers to check in making sure orders arrived as ordered & following up to
-Helping maintain an organized, peaceful office environment

⏰ Schedule:
-Very part-time daytime position, with room to grow into more duties & hours as you show you’re a perfect fit for the team!
-Ideal for someone that has flexible availability between 10a-4p
-After training, some job duties may be completed from assistants home

💲 Compensation:
Will be discussed in the interview and will reflect your experience, customer service know-how, and dependability.
