✨ From Red to Blonde ✨

Would you believe she walked in as a redhead? 😍

This client started with her natural dark ashy blonde hair and had never colored it before. She wanted to explore being a redhead for a bit, and it was stunning! After about six months, she was ready for a new chapter.

Since we always knew this change was coming, we used a demi-permanent red instead of a permanent color. Why? Demi fades more naturally and is easier to lift when transitioning to a new shade—this decision truly paid off!

When it came time to remove the red, her hair lifted flawlessly—and trust me, that’s not always the case! However, there was an unexpected twist: her hair processed faster than expected, likely due to mineral buildup. This caused some challenges, like foils overheating, which meant I had to adjust our plan on the spot.

Despite the hiccups, toning brought everything together beautifully. Her new color looks amazing, and I can’t wait for our next session to refine it even further! 🤩

The power of extensions!
My new client came to me after a previous stylist over processed her hair. She is naturally a level 7 (medium blonde) and she would get lowlights and highlights.

We opted to skip the lowlights and do a heavy foil with root tap to give her a softer grow out, and added 1 row of extensions to give her some density. This is one of my fave transformations 🩷

When your platinum Barbie decides it’s time for a change and you switch it up to a move lived in look. Honestly, so good. 🥵🤩

As many of you know, I am running for city council (district 2) which covers Great Park, Portola Springs, Woodbury, and Cypress Village.

Our campaign is very strong due to my long time activism in the community, and I feel very supported. I heard I’m very favorable to win, but I need your help⬇️

As a truly grassroots candidate, we are currently one of the lowest funded campaigns in the city. Fundraising is crucial to ensure that our campaign can reach the 20k voters that are in our district. Funds are used for signage, advertising, and other marketing that gets my name out to the residents who don’t currently know me.
