There’s more happening behind the scenes… 👀✨
Every facial massage technique has its own purpose — lifting, sculpting, releasing tension, supporting lymphatic flow, and helping the face feel more relaxed and refreshed.
And lately, I’ve been working on something very special… 🤍
My online facial massage course is coming soon.
I’ll be sharing my techniques, movements, and the approach I use in my work.
If you’re interested in learning with me, DM me “COURSE” and I’ll send you more information when it’s ready. ✨
And if you’d rather experience these hands than learn the techniques yourself… 😌

Every time you clench your jaw.
Every time you tense your lips.
Every time you raise your shoulders.
Every time you spend hours looking down at your phone.
Day after day, your facial and neck muscles can hold onto that tension.
And sometimes what your face needs isn’t another serum or another cream.
It needs release. 🤍
That’s why my facial massage is never just about the skin. I work with the face, jaw, neck, shoulders and scalp to help you deeply relax and leave feeling lighter, softer and refreshed.
Because sometimes the most beautiful change happens when you simply let go. ✨

My favorite part of what I do? Seeing you smile after your massage. 🤍
Every client who walks through my door is different.
Different stories, different concerns, different energy, different reasons for coming to me.
But there’s one thing that always means so much — you chose me. You trusted me with your face, your time, and your moment to relax.
I love seeing your smile after a session, hearing “I feel so much better,” and receiving your sweet messages afterward. Those little moments remind me why I love what I do so much.
You may all be different… but somehow, you’re my people. 🤍
Thank you to every woman who comes back, recommends me to a friend, leaves a kind review, sends me a message, or simply chooses to spend her hour with me.
Your trust means more than you know. Thank you for choosing me.

Choose the kind of rest that fills you up. 🤍
A facial massage is more than relaxing your facial muscles.
It’s a moment when your face softens, your body slows down, and your mind finally becomes quiet.
No phone. No rushing. No thinking about what’s next.
Just one hour for yourself — to release tension, reset, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed.
Sometimes, this is exactly the kind of rest we need.

For the next few hours:
• ❌ Don’t do an intense workout — give your face and body some time to relax.
• ❌ Skip the sauna, steam room & very hot shower.
• ❌ Don’t aggressively massage your face again — it’s already had enough attention today. 😌
• ❌ Avoid harsh skincare — skip strong acids, scrubs, peels & retinoids right afterward.
• ❌ Try not to keep touching your face.
• ❌ Don’t forget SPF if you’re going outside.
• ❌ Consider skipping or limiting coffee, energy drinks & alcohol for the next few hours.
And MOST importantly… 😂
• ❌ Don’t stress.
• ❌ Don’t cook. Someone else can handle dinner tonight.
• ❌ Don’t cry. We just relaxed that face! 😂
Basically… your only job after your facial massage is to stay relaxed, look beautiful and let everyone else figure things out. ✨😂
Facial massage doesn’t end when you leave the table — a little aftercare helps you enjoy that relaxed, refreshed feeling for longer. 🤍

I DON’T STOP AFTER REMOVING THE MASSAGE OIL. ✨
After every facial massage, I thoroughly cleanse the skin — and then I apply Mansard Phyto Visage Face Lotion.
Why?
Because removing the oil is not the final step.
The lotion helps complete the cleansing process, tone and refresh the skin, remove any remaining residue, and prepare the skin for everything that comes next — serum, mask and moisturizer.
For me, facial massage isn’t just about technique.
Every step before, during and after the massage matters. 🤍
Healthy-looking, beautifully cared-for skin is always in the details.

✨ Meet the “Muscle of Youth” — your SCM.
The sternocleidomastoid (SCM) is a major neck muscle that helps you turn, tilt, and stabilize your head.
When the neck feels tight and overworked, that tension can affect how the whole face and jaw feel — which is why I never focus on the face alone.
Gentle SCM self-massage can help:
• release neck tension
• improve neck mobility
• relax the jaw and surrounding muscles
• create a more relaxed, elongated feeling through the neck
The key is gentle work — never aggressive pressure.
Save this Reel and try it with me. 🤍
Your facial massage routine should start before you even touch your face.

Don’t forget about your chin!
The chin area includes the mentalis and muscles that help control the lower lip and mouth.
When these muscles hold too much tension, the chin can look tight, dimpled, or heavy.
Gentle chin massage can help release tension, soften the area, improve circulation, and create a more relaxed appearance around the lower face.
Small area. Big impact.

Before you book a Buccal Massage, there are situations when we need to STOP, POSTPONE, or get medical clearance first.
❌ Cold sores, mouth ulcers, cuts or active infections inside or around the mouth
❌ Active inflammatory or cystic acne in the areas being worked on
❌ Fever, acute illness or infection — massage should be postponed until you’ve recovered.
❌ Recent dental work, oral surgery or facial surgery — the tissues need time to heal
❌ Recent Botox, fillers, threads or other facial procedures — wait until your injector/provider clears facial manipulation
❌ Unexplained facial or neck swelling, significant inflammation or acute pain — find out what’s causing it first
❌ Known blood-clotting concerns or use of blood thinners — massage may require modification or medical guidance.
⚠️ Active cancer or current cancer treatment — this does not mean all massage is automatically forbidden, but Buccal/deep facial work should only be considered with approval from the oncology team and an appropriately trained practitioner.
⚠️ Pregnancy — especially high-risk pregnancy — requires an individualized approach; Cleveland Clinic specifically lists high-risk pregnancy among conditions to discuss before massage.
And what about thyroid conditions?
A thyroid diagnosis by itself is not an automatic contraindication to all facial massage. But with thyroid disease, enlargement/nodules, recent thyroid surgery, pain or swelling in the neck, I would avoid deep work directly over the thyroid area and ask for medical clearance when appropriate.
Your health always comes before the treatment. 🤍
Always tell your massage specialist about your medical conditions, medications, recent procedures and injections before your session.

THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN FACIAL MASSAGE?
Starting with the face.
Your face doesn’t work alone.
Before facial massage, I work with:
Shoulders → Neck → Platysma → Lymphatic Drainage → Scalp
Releasing tension and preparing the tissues comes first.
And only THEN… the face. ✨
Because a great facial massage is never just about the face.
Everything is connected. 🤍
Experience the difference.
