Red peppers on sale for 48 cents ea...so stuffed peppers for dinner tonight! Quinoa, onion, garlic, zucchini, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and cashew cheese (homemade--easy peasy) to top it off. 350ºF for 30 min. Ready to go! 😋❤ A great example of what we eat on the 30 Days to Healthy Living Program!
