Art of Hair Irving

Hello all you Art of Hair followers This is Jo sending out a message. No I’m not retiring…..yet. Have a few more good years.
I wanted to take this time to thank all the AOH clients who have used our services for over these years. I have worked in Irving for 43 yrs. Started out at Ridgecrest Hair Fashions. I was 23 at that time. Over the years I have been blessed to meet lots of people. I have seen kids grow up. And their kids grow up. Been there for many special occasions. From birthday hair to wedding hair. So awesome. We have had the special privilege to know of new ones coming to families before the families. Because of using chemicals. I have been there for those who have been sick, and the privilege of styling their hair for their last time.
Over the years some have moved away. But keep in contact. Some I wonder how they are doing. This is a crazy business. Not are we the person that styles your hair, but we are listeners when you need someone else to listen to you We know family that we have never met. We know you.
I myself have went through several big events that my clients have shared along. My family events and growing up. As well as my WNE and Breast Cancer. With lots sending prayers.
This is a Thank You to all that have come to the Art of Hair. Those who have worked with us. And those who visited. And those who just bought Girl Scout cookies over the years. lol
Life continues and we are blessed. If you want say Hi and when you were part of AOH.

Baby it’s cold outside. If Irving schools are closed so are we If you have an appointment we will call or text you. As of now Thur 1/9 closed.

Since we never know exactly how our weather is going to do. If it’s really bad on Tuesday we will contact all with appointments to change.

This very cute young man came in to get curls. He was very nervous. But from this smile he loves it. I told him the guys with the curles get the girls. And he is a Baseball player so he looks like the pros.

I have had the honor to style this beautiful young woman hair her whole life. 4th generation in her line. Someday I will do one more.

I have done this young womens hair since she was a baby. Always likes to keep me challenged Love it.
