I have not been posting for over a month now. This time this decision was made by choice.  To provide quality content takes time, and to post just for posting is not my thing.

I started to get more and more messages similar to “are you ok? You have not been active on IG”😲.

So I figured I will do an update ✍️.

💃 I am doing good. Busy in all spheres of my life.
⠀
About a month ago, I decided it is time to become more serious about my workouts. I've been very consistent with my training, and it’s paying off. I can see my body changing to how I would like it to look.
⠀
My client base is growing fast and if you are my client already, then you know that I am giving you 200% of me. That takes time to keep track of each one of you and provide you with my constant support even outside my studio.  But I love it, and truly believe that this is how it should be. We are on this journey together.  So if you need me, I am a text away.

Then, I have a crazy toddler running around constantly needing entertainment and attention 👩‍👦. And about 2 month ago I realized that I need to learn more about toddlers psychology and how to handle certain situations as a parent.  I have been reading a lot on that. And I definitely understand better why he does what he does, but still do not have enough patience to handle it properly 😂.

And… I have a husband, who thanks God, only needs my attention occasionally 😂.

And other things like continuing education, self development and growth, my online shopping addiction, and much more.
⠀
 And there are still things that I would like to do just need to figure out a way to incorporate them in my schedule.

I will try to be more more consistent on IG, not promising anything though😁.

We Are what we eat! Our overall health and how our skin looks directly affected by what we eat. So if you are suffering from acne, dry skin, dehydration of the skin and other skin conditions please try to eliminate following foods from your diet. Or at least limit how much to consume of it.

Sugar causes premature aging through the glycation process. Sugar molecules once in the body attach themself to protein fibers making them stiff and deformed. Collagen and elastin are types of protein fibers as well that give our skin youthful appearance and feel.

I do not think this one requires a lot of explanation.  Fast food is high in sodium, saturated fat, trans fat, and cholesterol, it isn't something you should eat often.

Coffee is not always a bad thing. It is a very high potency antioxidant. When consumed in a moderate amount it has positive effects on your health. But too much of it will cause dehydration of the cells, and on top of that can activate oil glands to overproduce sebum. That will lead to comedones and breakouts.

Alcohol causes severe dehydration of the skin and your entire body as well.  It is also processed as sugar by the body. See #1 on why sugars are bad.
