ATTENTION, THIS IS A LONG ONE!

Words cannot express how excited we are to back in business on June 5th! We have missed you all so much and cannot wait to get back behind the chair and reconnect with our clients! It has been 11weeks worth of cancelled appointments and we’re just asking for your patience while we try to accommodate everybody as efficiently as possible. That being said, we have been mandated to implement a lot of new regulations and have new guidelines to follow so that we can keep us all safe and healthy. We have to abide by these rules and regulations, and we require everyone to follow them, too. Part of this is that we are only able to operate at 50% capacity while in the green phase, which means our schedules are going to be changing. Each of us has had to alter our days and hours individually and we are doing our absolute best to make it possible to get everyone in. Please remember to be patient, but most of all be kind. Each and every one of us are working to provide you with the proper care and also to keep you safe.

Per state board regulations and CDC guidelines here is what we are requiring clients & stylists to follow:

* We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early and call the salon or text your stylist to confirm you have arrived for your appointment. At that time, we’ll ask that you wait in your car. As soon as we are sanitized and ready, we will notify you that you are able to come in.

* Your stylist will be wearing a mask and we require that while you are inside the salon you wear one too. Clients are required to wear a mask upon arrival. If you do not have one we are hoping to have some in stock to provide you. If you are unable to wear a mask due to health conditions please notify us when booking your appointment.

* We will not be taking temperatures upon arrival but we do ask that if you are sick, just got over being sick, or are not feeling well, that you please stay home. We wouldn't want anyone's health to be compromised and will get your appointment rescheduled for when you are feeling better. We will have a temporal thermometer to use if we feel it necessary.

* Hand sanitizer and alcohol disinfectant will be available for use. Please sanitize and clean your hands upon arrival.

* No extra visitors are allowed during your appointment, please come to your appointment alone. Some exceptions will be made for those that are unable to physically come alone due to handicaps or health reasons, or if a client is under the age of 16 and must have a parent or guardian present.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our clients any beverages or snacks at this time, please bring a beverage with you if you choose. All magazines have been removed and our waiting area will be off limits. Bring with you only necessary items, most importantly your keys, cell phone & form of payment.

* With all the newly implemented requirements we are charging a service fee for COVID-19 to every service, $5 fee for haircuts, $15 for chemical services. We are now required to add many new things to the salon, as well as to our daily routines while working: masks, gloves, extra capes, new towels, daily sanitation, as well as a weekly deep cleaning service, extra amenities such as hand sanitizer, disinfectant sprays, barbicide, bleach and other necessary supplies. REMEMBER THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY, BUT NECESSARY!

We appreciate each and everyone of you that have waited for us during these trying times! No more quarantine haircuts and botched box color! We respectfully ask that you arrive early and on time for your appointment, if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late we will be rescheduling your appointment as we are on a very strict time schedule. We also ask that when booking your appointment be honest and thorough as to what you are wanting to achieve so we can allow for proper time allotment. We know it seems we are asking a lot, hopefully this changes quickly!
